We provide Class A IOR Project Inspector services for all phases construction and engineering projects. HCAI and Non HCAI projects.

We provide document management and a comprehensive detailed record of the entire project documents: all documents are filed specific to TIO line items and are easily acceptable for all project closeout activities

Project Management

Serving as an extension of Ownership, EQV directs and coordinates all activities associated with the design, entitlements and construction phases. All communication between the owner, contractors and design team are channeled through EQV to ensure quick, efficient decision-making and a single source of accountability. EQV's team of experts are proficient in mediating construction disputes, which expedites the schedule while minimizing delays and cost over-runs.

These services include Design Management, Bid Phase Services, Construction Services, and Special Consulting Services.

EQV OSHPD Project Inspectors. 2007 EQV HCAI Project Inspectors was established. We work as a TEAM with our clients. We are experienced IOR in the ever-changing dynamic world of hospital design and construction. We provide project/construction management, and when required factory acceptance tests offsite. EQV inspections provide a hands-on direct approach to support owners dealing with HCAI, designers, and contractors. EQV adds value to projects by being part of the solution not part of the problem.
